Work With Us

At The Connected Chef, our systems and model of doing business are rooting in creating and maintaining meaningful and supportive relationships both amongst our internal team and with our clients and partners.

Team members consist of an interconnected support system of individuals who hold their own unique talents and brilliance which they bring to The Connected Chef’s greater mission. Our leadership team is focused on supporting the talents of our team members and ensuring that all team members’ voices are heard and united in the shared mission of supporting our clients and community.

All Connected Chef team members are required to go through a series of internal training sessions to ensure that they are providing the highest quality of service to our clients. All team members are required to obtain certifications and legal paperwork relevant for their position.

Additionally, it is expected that all team members will continue a series of professional and social development training while part of this company. It is important to also note explicitly that The Connected Chef is a company committed to practicing what we teach our clients. This requires a continued commitment to personal growth and education to better our own awareness and to adequately address the systems of oppression that are at play in our society.

The Connected Chef leadership team will consistently be available for support and provide access to professional development workshops that will address the systems that we are working to dismantle. If moved on to the interview process, The Connected Chef leadership will provide the resources and details of this training, both initial and continued.
