- Starting with a 1:3 ratio of vinegar : oil, combine all ingredients in a mason jar & shake.
- If you like your dressing a bit more acidic, add a bit more vinegar.
- To take away the acid bite a bit, add a touch of water.
- The longer the dressing sits in the fridge, the better it gets!
