This walnut crusted salmon is seasoned simply with honey and dijon mustard. The combination of these adds some spice, tang and sweetness. Then its all topped with crispy breadcrumbs, crushed walnuts and hempseeds. Finally its all baked off in the oven to create a crispy topping and delicious flaky fish.
