Walnut Crusted Salmon

Walnut Crusted Salmon is an super simple and delicious recipe. Salmon is such a decadent fish and makes an amazing weeknight dinner with a few easy steps. A few simple ingredients enhance and flavor the rich salmon to make a perfect meal.

This walnut crusted salmon is seasoned simply with honey and dijon mustard. The combination of these adds some spice, tang and sweetness. Then its all topped with crispy breadcrumbs, crushed walnuts and hempseeds. Finally its all baked off in the oven to create a crispy topping and delicious flaky fish.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine walnuts, hemp hearts, and breadcrumbs
  3. Brush dijon mustard and honey over the salmon filets
  4. Cover each filet in the walnut mixture and top with sliced lemon
  5. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes
